This event is in the past.
This is it everyone, the big meet of the summer, the one you've all been waiting for and hopefully had blocked out in your diaries. Yes it is our Summer Meal, and this year we are heading to the beautiful 'Timberlodge' in Ingleton (North Yorkshire).
The accommodation is very well appointed with space for 48 people to eat, sleep and party comfortably. There is a drying room (not that it will be wet of course), secure storage for bikes, etc, and even a Sauna!
The location is just perfect for just about everything. There is enough climbing within 10 miles to keep you busy for a lifetime. Top quality mountain and road cycling routes aplenty, many of which can be ridden directly from the lodge. And too many great walks to even try to list them all!
We have got the Timberlodge booked from Friday evening to Sunday morning. And on the Saturday night we will be doing a big group meal in the lodge for everyone so we can all get dressed up and party the evening away. The meal will be three-courses and will include a vegetarian option, other dietary requirements can be accommodated provide you let us know.
The cost for the awesome weekend is only £40, and that includes the three-course meal on the Saturday night. This year we are accepting bookings directly via the website using paypal (you can pay with your Paypal account, or just using a debit/credit card, no requirement to create a Paypal account if you don't want to). Just click on the 'Buy Tickets' button above to book your place(s). You can still pay us via Bank transfer or Cheque as well if your prefer, just follow the instructions on the Payments page of the website.
So what are you waiting for book your place now as they will be going fast!
Nearer the time we will arrange lift shares as there will be plenty of us going and it will make a lot of sense to group together. Don't forget to pack all the gear you need for your chosen activities, plus your lunch/breakfast food, any drinks you need, plus your sleeping bag and pillow case.
